We brought my husband's truck to Wheel Covers Unlimited for a second opinion after experiencing a troubling sound following service at the dealership where we originally purchased the truck (as its first owners).

Thanks to Teresa and her team's dedication to honesty, they were truly heaven-sent. They went above and beyond to correct the improper tire balancing. Throughout the process, their expertise was evident, and they took the time to explain each step to ensure everything was done correctly. They also educated us on what had been causing the sound—the dealership had placed 25 ounces of weight on the tire when only 3 ounces were needed. Additionally, the dealership claimed our tire and rim were bent, pressuring us to pay hundreds for replacements.

Wheel Covers Unlimited prevented us from being taken advantage of and showed us what genuine customer service looks like by expertly rectifying the situation caused by another shop. Their personal care for our truck was deeply appreciated, and I confidently plan to bring all our vehicles to them in the future.

Staff was great. Explained exactly what was needed, I never felt rushed to make a decision, or up-sold on any other products or services. Prices were very fair and reasonable for what I needed. Second time having my rims worked on here and both time I had an excellent experience. I'll be back again.
